Our aim is to co-ordinate sales and purchases of Land, Houses, developments, Will Probates on estate and related services within the Caribbean, the UK & the USA for companies or persons from those or other countries such as: Switzerland, Europe, Great China in Asia, etc.. We can assist with whatever your requirements. We aim to ensure that all transactions run smoothly and effectively.
   CPC will provide you with and guide you through the local logistic process requirements for all legal legislation required for persons or businesses for entry to, buy/purchase, invest, develop, work, reside and study in the UK, USA or the Caribbean.
2. CPC will ensure an honest trade with full compliance of money laundering requirements met for Returning Residents, Investors & Developers wishing to return back to their roots/homeland of their origin or to conduct business within the Caribbean and other regions and the above mentioned countries.
